Important. By accessing this website or commissioning work from Pixelpanter OÜ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or order services. A signed quote, order confirmation, invoice or written agreement may set additional project-specific terms; if there is a conflict, the signed project document prevails for that engagement unless it states otherwise.
1. About us
Pixelpanter OÜ (“Pixelpanter”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a private limited company registered in the Republic of Estonia.
- Registry code: 17589178
- Address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Haabersti linnaosa, Õismäe tee 112, 13513, Estonia
- Founder: Taavi Palo
- Email: Pixelpanter.palo@outlook.com
- Website: https://pixelpanter.com
We provide visual content services, including corporate event photography and a clipping studio that turns long-form footage into short-form video for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
2. Use of the website
The website is provided for information about our company and services. Content (text, pricing ladders, package descriptions, imagery and design) is for general guidance. Published package ranges and examples do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a quote or written agreement.
- You may browse the site for lawful purposes only.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or misuse the site or its infrastructure.
- You must not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content via forms or email.
- We may modify or discontinue website features at any time without liability.
3. Services
Depending on the engagement, services may include:
- Event photography — project-based coverage under published or custom packages;
- Clipping / short-form post-production — unit or batch clipping and related edits;
- Monthly creator package — recurring short-form production capacity on agreed terms;
- Related consulting, quality direction, motion graphics, captioning or delivery preparation as agreed in writing.
Service descriptions on the website are indicative. Exact scope, deliverable counts, formats, timelines, locations, revision rounds and fees are defined in the applicable quote, order confirmation or contract.
4. Enquiries, quotes and forming a contract
- You may request services via our contact form, email or other agreed channel.
- We may issue a quote or proposal describing scope, price, timeline and assumptions.
- A binding contract is formed when you accept our quote in writing (including email), pay a requested deposit, or we otherwise confirm the booking in writing and you do not object without delay.
- We reserve the right to decline projects that are unlawful, unsafe, outside our capacity, or incompatible with our professional standards.
5. Fees, taxes and payment
- Prices may be stated in EUR. Website package figures (for example photography from 400–1,600 EUR or an 800 EUR monthly creator package) are starting or published reference prices and may change.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable VAT or other taxes. Estonian and EU tax rules apply based on your status and location.
- Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Late payment may accrue lawful interest and collection costs.
- We may require a deposit or full prepayment to reserve dates or start production. Deposits are applied to the final fee unless a cancellation term says otherwise.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope (extra hours, rush fees, extra revision rounds, travel, locations, licensing) may be charged at agreed rates or our then-current rates after notice.
6. Client materials and responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate briefs, schedules, access credentials, brand assets and source footage in agreed formats and on time;
- Ensuring you have all rights, consents and licences needed for materials you supply (music, logos, talent likeness, interview footage, trademarks, third-party content);
- Obtaining venue permissions, release forms and any regulatory approvals required for photography or recording at an event, unless we expressly agree in writing to arrange specific items;
- Reviewing drafts within agreed review windows so delivery dates can be met.
You warrant that client materials do not infringe third-party rights and are lawful to process. You will indemnify Pixelpanter against claims arising from client materials or your instructions, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Delivery, acceptance and revisions
- Delivery methods (gallery link, cloud folder, file transfer) and formats are as agreed in the project documents.
- Timelines depend on timely client input. Delays in feedback or source delivery may shift deadlines.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the scope includes the revision rounds stated in the quote. Extra revisions may be billed.
- If you do not provide written objections within the acceptance period stated in the quote (or within 7 days of delivery if none is stated), deliverables are deemed accepted.
- We are not responsible for platform algorithm changes, account suspensions, or third-party publishing tools after handoff.
8. Intellectual property and licence
- Pre-existing materials: Each party keeps ownership of its pre-existing IP, tools, templates, workflows and know-how.
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, and unless a written agreement states otherwise, you receive a licence or assignment as specified in the project terms to use the final deliverables for your internal and external communications in the media and territories agreed.
- If no separate IP schedule exists: upon full payment you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use final deliverables for your business marketing and corporate communications; we retain ownership of underlying project files, edits, and working materials unless assigned in writing.
- Raw files, project files, unedited takes or intermediate exports are not included unless expressly purchased.
- You may not resell our deliverables as stock, templates or a competing editing service without our prior written consent.
9. Portfolio and credit
Unless you opt out in writing before delivery (or your agreement forbids it), we may display non-confidential excerpts of finished work in our portfolio, website, social channels and proposals, and may credit Pixelpanter as the production partner. We will reasonably respect embargoes and confidentiality requests communicated in writing.
10. Cancellation, postponement and refunds
- Website use can be stopped at any time by leaving the site.
- Services: Cancellation and postponement terms are set in the quote or booking confirmation. If none are stated: (a) postponements require our written agreement and may incur fees for reserved capacity; (b) cancellations after booking may forfeit the deposit and may require payment for work already performed and non-recoverable costs; (c) if we cancel for reasons other than your breach or force majeure, we will refund prepaid fees for undelivered work.
- Monthly creator packages renew as agreed and may require notice before the next billing period to stop renewal.
- Consumers in the EU may have statutory withdrawal rights for certain distance contracts; many custom creative services begin with your consent before the withdrawal period ends, which can affect refund eligibility. We will inform you where those rules apply.
11. Limitation of liability
- The website is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from website use or services.
- Our aggregate liability arising out of a service engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement in the 3 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or intentional misconduct, where such rules apply).
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events (including severe weather, illness, venue failure, internet outages, platform downtime, war, strikes, or supplier failure beyond reasonable control).
12. Confidentiality
Each party must keep confidential non-public information received from the other in connection with a project, and use it only to perform the contract, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public through no fault of the receiving party. This does not limit section 9 (portfolio) where portfolio use is allowed.
13. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of the website or our services are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another jurisdiction.
Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contact at the email below. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
